Who is Covered?

OWCP Forms
The paperwork can be overwhelming, but it is essential. We understand, that many times, injured workers do not even know where to start. That is okay! When you come to our clinic, we will sit down with you, explain the first steps ,and guide you in what to do first, second, and beyond.
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
Functional Capacity Evaluations are essential in establishing where you are at in your journey back to full duty. Underutilized, they can be very advantageous in deciding a baseline after injury, your progress toward returning to work, and ultimately how to keep you safe and productive once you return to duty.
Impairment Ratings
At the end of your active rehabilitation, you will reach a Maximal Medical Improvement (MMI). At this time, if you are not back to 100%, you may be eligible to have an Independent Medical Examination to establish what percentage of loss remains. This information may then be filed toward a Scheduled Award. Speak to our doctor for more information.
Scheduled Awards
Once you have completed your recovery from injury, been placed at Maximal Medical Improvement (MMI), and received an Impairment Rating, you may then file for a scheduled award. This process analyzes the percentage of loss that you still have compared to your pre-injury state and awards a monetary benefit to you for loss of function following your work injury.
